Our Process
When you contact us, we will respond requesting to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to ensure Seven Turns Wellness is the right fit for you.
We will work together to review the best course of connected wellness and services desired. Once an agreement of services is met, we will review your contact information and address to best create a flexible calendar schedule.

How will you connect your wellness lifestyle?
Physical Therapy
In this 55-minute session, we’ll do a full body movement assessment. We focus your Physical Therapy session on identifying not only the source of your symptoms but the reason WHY for your symptoms in the first place. Knowing the whole body works together, we address all aspects of movement. No doctor's script is required for the first 8 visits or 30 days of care.
MAT Pilates
In this 50-minute session, we’ll take you through a fusion of classical Mat pilates and Physical Therapy-based movements. These sessions are tailored completely to your body, your goals, and what we see might benefit your body. We offer private sessions, semi-private, and group sessions for up to 5 individuals.
Dry Needling
Part of the Physical Therapy or Maintenance service, Dry Needling can be used to reduce tension in muscles, improve the function of muscles, ease symptoms or trigger points, and increases blood flow for the body’s circulatory system and connective tissues.
Lifestyle Changes
This 90-minute virtual session will be learning about what items you keep in your pantry and kitchen, items you use for cleaning including dishes and laundry, and your day-to-day schedule to determine where we can make true habit changes. Depending on your needs and goals will dictate the frequency of check-ins!
Strength Training
Your first session will be 60 minutes discussing your goals, analyzing your movement, and identifying areas of weakness. We will go through all of the exercises to ensure good form and that you feel the correct muscles working. The program will be tailored specifically to you and your environment which may mean the use of machines, free weights, or household items. Guided strength training sessions will be 45-50 minutes with nutritional guidance based on the activity you perform that day.
Maintenance Care
For patients that are no longer dealing with acute symptoms, these 55-minute sessions are on a 3-6 week basis depending on your needs. They include some hands-on work and home exercises given based on your current limitations.
General Wellness
This type of service is 45 minutes and focuses mostly on Hands-on-work. Including but not limited to passive stretching, mobility work, vibration therapy, deep tissue mobilization, and more. Can be seen on a weekly basis or lower frequency depending on your needs.
Nutritional Guidance
Part of either the Physical Therapy, Strength Training, or Lifestyle Change service. We do not promote weight loss or weight gain, but simply how to make better nutritional choices for your age, your body, and your activities. Our nutritional guidance is about aging and living well with improved food knowledge.
Concierge Services
We understand your schedule is tight, so we offer concierge and location-based services in Atlanta, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Peachtree Corners, and Virginia Highlands.
